Inshore half day approximately 5 hours morning or evening  $450.00 for 1-2 anglers

Full day approximately 8 hours may run over or under depending on the conditions. We will fish hard!  $600.00 for 1-2 anglers

 All trips to Baffin and the land cut- 9 mile hole area will be full trips due to the long runs involved.

What to bring? Bring your fishing license it is your responsibility. These can be purchased at almost any vendor in Texas or on the TPWD website for out of state anglers.

--- Polarized sunglasses high quality amber or copper for the flats  blue or grey for offshore

​

--- Sunblock and a good hat with a dark under brim. The South Texas sun is unforgiving. 

​

--- Any specific drinks that you want. i will have water and some diet sodas on the boat, also bring a light lunch. Cooler space is limited on the poling skiffs so pack accordingly.

 

I practice catch and release in general but if you are wanting to keep fish I would recommend drum or juvenile trout. I rarely will keep redfish... call it job security and protecting the resource. We can discuss it prior to your trip.

--- I recommend a good rain jacket and dressing warm in the early and late season, those long runs early can be frigid. Please wear nonmarking shoes on the boat and bring some good quality wading boots should the need arise. We take great pride in keeping our skiffs in top shape please help us continue that.

You are welcome to use our gear we have all top quality fly rods and reels  from Sage, Loomis, Orvis, Hatch, Ross, Nautilus and Galvan. If you prefer to bring your own please  have them rigged and ready at the boat. We recommend 7 to 9 weight rigs with floating lines for inshore species. We will take care of the offshore fly tackle. We will have an assortment of effective fly patterns but encourage you to bring yours because we love to learn new effective patterns and pass on ours.

--- $250.00 deposit required on all trips that are booked. Deposits will be returned if trip is cancelled prior to thirty days of trip date. If cancelled by captain due to weather deposit will be pushed to another date or returned at clients request.  Cancellations within thirty days will forfeit deposit unless the dates can be moved at captains discretion. Weather cancellations will be at the captains judgement, wind is ever present at the coast and is not by itself a reason to cancel. Balance due at the end of the trip.
